Aggregated Data:
We may also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose (“Aggregated Data”). Aggregated Data could be derived from your Personal Information, but Aggregated Data is not considered Personal Information, as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing our websites and Services. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your Personal Information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as Personal Information which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We do not collect any special categories of sensitive Personal Information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, genetic and biometric data, and precise geolocation data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

Your Personal Information is used by us for the purpose it was collected, such as responding to your inquiry or completing your transaction for our Service. In some cases, Personal Information is required to perform certain functions. You voluntarily decide if you want to provide us with your information. If we deny your consumer request, consumer shall have the right to appeal the denial of the request. Consumers may appeal their consumer requests by emailing us at [email protected] explaining why the denial of the request should be reconsidered. We will provide a response no later than sixty days after receipt of the appeal informing the consumer in writing if any action was taken or was not taken in response to the appeal and the reasons for the decisions.
- Nevada privacy rights
- Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain “covered information” collected by operators of websites or online services. We currently do not sell covered information, as “sale” is defined by such law, and we do not have plans to sell this information.
- Utah Residents. This section concerning the UCPA applies solely to individuals who are residents of the State of Utah. Utah residents have the following consumer rights:

- Exercising Your Privacy Rights.
To exercise your right to know, right to obtain a copy, or right to delete your Personal Information as described above, please submit your consumer rights request to us by contacting us at: [email protected] or submit your request at Privacy Request Form.
Before fulfilling your request, we take steps to verify that you are who you say you are or you have the authority to act on someone else’s behalf. Therefore, upon receipt of your request, we may request additional information that we need to verify you and, if you are submitting a request on behalf of someone else, to verify that you are permitted to act on that person’s behalf.
When we contact you to request verification information, please respond and provide the information that we have requested. Depending on the nature of your request, we will verify your identity to either a reasonable or high degree of certainty. This may mean that we need to match two or three pieces of information that we hold about you with information that you provide to us.
In addition to providing the information we need to verify you or your authority, you must provide us with enough information so that we can understand, evaluate, and respond to your request. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot confirm the Personal Information relates to you.
We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify your identity or authority to make the request and to locate relevant information. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and to understand, evaluate, and respond to your request.
We cannot delete Personal Information in those situations where our retention is required for our own internal business purposes or otherwise permitted by applicable laws (such as fraud prevention or legal compliance). In these situations, we will retain your information in accordance with our records retention program and securely delete it at the end of the retention period.
We will attempt to respond to your privacy request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we require an additional forty-five (45) days to respond to your request. We will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. When you request a copy of your Personal Information, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity easily.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your privacy request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide a cost estimate before completing your request.
If we deny your privacy request, you have the right to appeal the denial of the request. You may appeal your request by emailing us at [email protected] explaining why the denial of the request should be reconsidered. We will provide a response no later than sixty (60) days after receipt of the appeal informing the consumer in writing if any action was taken or was not taken in response to the appeal and the reasons for the decisions.
11. International Transfers
We are a company located in the United States and our Services are provided to individuals residing in the United States. If you are using our website from outside the United States, you should be aware that the information collected on this website may be stored and processed in the United States, or any other country in which Brand, our affiliates or service providers maintain facilities, including hosting services or servers. By providing your information to our website or Services, you are consenting to the transfer of your information (including placing cookies) outside of your country in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
